Each day begins with morning yoga, grounding your body and calming your mind. From there, you’ll explore guided nature walks, capturing inspiration for your avatar painting sessions, where your inner self takes shape on canvas.

Throughout the retreat, no speaking is allowed except during one carefully curated group session per day, designed to spark insight and connection without the usual social noise.

Sharpen your boundaries and your intuition in our self offense and digital defense course, a practical, empowering, and yes, very badass addition to your silent journey.

At various points, we’ll release our deepest frustrations in the screaming session in the woods - a sacred, cathartic practice to let go of everything you’ve been holding onto.

Each night, the day ends with meditation, giving your mind and body a chance to fully integrate the experiences. On the final day, we honor silence and renewal with a sound bath ritual, followed by a brunch where speech returns to a celebratory, grounded re-entry into the world.

Breakfast is included each morning to fuel your body for a day of introspection, movement, and expression.
