The Ageless Circle

from $0.00 every month

Every Thursday at 6:30 PM | Starting January 8th, 2026 | Early Sign ups get a FREE PASS to the Prompt Party December 11th at 6:30PM

Join The Unruly Temple’s Ageless Circle, a weekly gathering designed for those 40 and older who want to stay strong, flexible, and connected in both body and mind.

We begin each session with 20 minutes of gentle movement and muscle building, focusing on the strength and coordination needed to confidently get up and down from the floor and chairs. You’ll learn how to fall safely, protect your joints, and maintain mobility through age friendly stretches and strengthening techniques. Every movement is adaptable with modifications for all abilities and bodies.

After we move, we shift into our book club circle, a welcoming community where we share insights, laughter, and life lessons inspired by two books each month. Bring your curiosity, your stories, and your heart for connection.

Sliding Scale Pricing:
🌱 Sponsorships available
💚 $5 • $10 • $20 • $50 • $100

Participants must be able to check out books from the library, access Kindle, or purchase their own copies.

This circle is more than a class - it’s a community. A place to nurture your body, stimulate your mind, and connect with others walking a similar path. No matter your fitness level, background, or experience - you belong here.

First Book on the list: Chaos: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties.

O'Neill's quest for the truth led him from reclusive celebrities to seasoned spies, from San Francisco's summer of love to the shadowy sites of the CIA's mind-control experiments, on a trail rife with shady cover-ups and suspicious coincidences. The product of two decades of reporting, hundreds of new interviews, and dozens of never-before-seen documents from the LAPD, the FBI, and the CIA, Chaos mounts an argument that could be, according to Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney Steven Kay, strong enough to overturn the verdicts on the Manson murders. This is a book that overturns our understanding of a pivotal time in American history.
